Oh Malô

Oh Malô (oh-muh-LOW) presents colorful soundscapes through their eclecticism and dynamic arrangements. Delicate vocal melodies are met with intertwining ambient guitars and driven by powerful, aggressive drums. Oh, Malô pulls influence from such bands as Bombay Bicycle Club, Radiohead, Local Natives, Daughter, and Jeff Buckley to create a consistently unpredictable blend of timbres and arrangements.
Founded in 2014, the band completed the writing of their debut LP in a mere three months. The summer of 2014 was spent recording and refining these songs in anticipation of their exciting new releases in 2015. They created a fluctuating story through their music and subsequently released three color-themed EPs, each representing the dynamic mental and emotional stages following an intense breakup. The six songs from these EPs will be joined with another six unreleased tracks to complete their debut LP, available September 8th, 2015.
